Up to £1.8 million is now available for small to medium-sized businesses (SMEs) in Leicester and Leicestershire to access training.
Delivered by Calderdale College and working with a network of training providers, our Skills Support for the Workforce project offers fully funded training to help SMEs fill skill gaps, raise productivity and boost business growth.
We can help businesses develop and implement bespoke training programmes, which will help to meet their growth ambitions by satisfying their workforce’s immediate and long term skills needs.

Range of courses to suit most needs
If you’re an SME, based in Leicester or Leicestershire, you may be eligible for free training through the Skills Support for the Workforce project. Training is funded by the European Social Fund and the Skills Funding Agency.
Focusing on intermediate, technical and higher-level skills, training courses available through this project will be useful to current and future supervisors, managers and senior managers within any business sector.
Small to medium-sized businesses operating in Leicester or Leicestershire, seeking to support a business growth plan by equipping key staff members with leadership and management level skills.
