If you’re eligible, one of our skills solutions designers will visit you to carry out a training needs analysis. 

We’ll then get to work designing and delivering your training plan.

Skills Support for Redundancy

Are you eligible for support?

Are you an employer undergoing restructuring or business closure with employees at risk of redundancy (or where formal consultation has commenced) with business premises in York, North Yorkshire, East Riding or Tees Valley region?

Are you an individual who has recently been made redundant (within the last three months) and residing within the York, North Yorkshire, East Riding or Tees Valley region?

If so, you may be eligible for free support through European Social Funding to support you (as an employer) or an individual to brush up on existing skills or re-skill in a new area to progress or gain employment.
