As an ever-growing sector in high demand, there is the need to upskill to ensure you stay up to date with sector specialist skills.
To help businesses future-proof and prepare employees with essential construction skills, a range of free training courses are being offered through the Skills Support for the Workforce (SSW) programme.
Skills Support for the Workforce supports employers within the construction sector to identify current and future skills needs. This is carried out through a comprehensive training needs analysis with our expert partners.
Skills training can be offered for sector-specific courses such as Construction/Plant Operations, or Wall and Floor Tiling. Alternatively, there are courses available to benefit your business in a variety of ways such as social media skills, leadership and management, or customer service.
These courses can help your business to grow and meet demand.
Delivery takes place on site or at employer premises at a convenient time to suit the business and participant.
This is fully funded and supported by the European Social Fund, with no cost to the employer or employee.
