Under the SSW project we have established a model of support called ‘Get Hired’ that has been proven to help individuals out of work or affected by redundancy. The ‘Get Hired’ scheme focuses specifically on helping candidates to transition into new jobs, by helping them become more ‘recruitable’. The aims of the programme are to: (1) Increase the number of candidates in the Northeast to transition into new jobs (or training); (2) Help employers / clients across the Northeast fulfil their immediate staffing requirements. Our SSW programme also supports our clients by developing up to date and relevant skills within their existing workforce. Through our close relationships with our clients we can tailor our training packages to ensure we have courses designed specifically to suit their requirements.
